Olen 48 -vuotias elämäniloinen nainen. Harrastan eri vuodenaikoina lajeja monipuolisesti, eniten hiihtoa, maantiepyöräilyä, kuntosalia ja lenkkeilyä. Metsäpoluilla juoksu tai kävely on ihan parasta. Tenniksestä tykkään mutta olen siinä luvattoman huono😅. Työ vie paljon aikaa arjesta ja treenailuja pitää sovitella sen mukaan mutta välillä olisi mukavampaa urheilla enemmän myös seurassa ja parantaa samalla maailmaa. Nuorempana on tullut urheiltua paljonkin, nykyään ei enää kunto, eikä palautuminen ole samalla tasolla mutta nautin silti liikkumisesta useamman kerran viikossa. Myös matkustelu yhdistettynä treenailuun on intohimoni ja minusta saa seuraa liikunnallisille reissuille. Asun Vantaalla mutta autolla pääsen helposti muuallekin pk-seudulla. Full profile
