SportPartner.com is a site where you can find and contact other people to play sports with. This service is available to SportPartner.com members via the internet. The service allows members to access the profiles of other registered members.
The services that we provide are only available to registered members. Before you register, please read these terms and conditions, as they are part of a legally binding agreement between SportPartner.com and you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not be allowed to register as a member. This constitutes your agreement with SportPartner.com with regard to the use of the service. PayPal Recurring Subscription
If you want to cancel your PayPal subscription at SportPartner, you can either:
- Delete your account from SportPartner.
- Or cancel the PayPal recurring payment subscription by following these 5 steps: 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click Profile near the top of the page. 3. Click 'My money'. 4. Click 'Update' in the 'My pre-approved payments' section. 5. Click 'Cancel', 'Cancel automatic billing', or 'Cancel subscription' and follow the instructions.
Cancellation of Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time. Just go to the contact form and fill in your information. Your cancellation will be processed within 7 days.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the service area and the website shall be absolutely owned by SportPartner.com. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as is expressly permitted in this agreement. SportPartner.com has the right to remove personal details such as your telephone number, address and/or e-mail address or URL in 'My profile' or any other information, which would allow other members and/or users to contact you directly.
